Competitive advantages of our teacher training software include AI-driven adaptation to teachers’ skills progression over time and the training being based on the most current and highly effective learning science.
We are currently in the second round of pilot testing and are looking for $200,000 to build out the team and develop the product in response to pilot feedback.

The Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL) offers subscription software that assesses and trains educators to master learner-centered teaching skills. Training is based on powerful and current learning science and contextualized to the sub-saharan African region.
The online training market is fast-growing and expected to reach 350 billion dollars in value by 2025. Competitors in this market include companies like Udemy or Coursera but none of these focus on school systems and their needs, nor are they contextualized for the sub-saharan African region or catering to our serious gap in 21st Century teaching skills.
Another unique and innovative feature of our software is AI driven adaptive training offerings that respond to the teachers skill development as their evaluate their skills overtime. The software subscription model allow us to offer LectureSoft at very low cost relative to instructor-led training by functioning at high scale/volume with no decrease in the quality of the instruction. The software is also mobile-friendly and can be accessed anywhere.
